Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within a few days of receipt. It may take a little longer during the busy periods. Phone us if you have a ‘must delivered by’ date. The majority of our products are delivered by courier and a signature will be required upon receipt. Please include your phone number with your order so that if an item is out of stock, we can contact you in case of any delay.

For delivery prior to Christmas ensure your orders reach us by 17th December 2010.

Shipping to all other European countries is charged at £12.00. Delivery can take up to 7 working days. We are unable to deliver to addresses outside of Europe.

Return & Refund

We will refund the price of goods only or replace (whichever you prefer) any items returned to us. Unless faulty, goods must be returned at your expense in original packaging and in a resalable condition. Personalised items cannot be returned (unless we have made a mistake).
